BILLING OPTIONS
Month-to-Month (EFT) Electronic Funds Transfer
EFT allows you to pay electronically through a checking account or with a credit card. This program is month-to-month and can be cancelled at anytime without any fees to set up or cancel. to cnacel you need to provide at least 30 days written notice for your next withdreawal date in order to stop payments
Term Contract
The term contract is an agreement to purchase 6 or 9 months of lessons that can be paid in monthly installments until the contract is paid in full. To terminate a contract early there is a fee of $50.00.
Freeze Procedures
All freezes must be declared before a student takes time off. Freezes must be at least 2 weeks long. Students may request a freeze by phone, mail, email, or by filling out a freeze request form.
For all term contracts, freeze time extends the end of the contract for the amount of time frozen.
For all month-to-month memberships freeze time must accumulate to 4 weeks then a month will be frozen.
